The role
Design, build, evaluate, and ship large-language-model (LLM) based storytelling features that connect content with individual listeners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning user research, design, data science, product management, and engineering to translate insights into new features.
Prototype new approaches and productionize scalable solutions for hundreds of millions of active users.
Promote best practices for ML systems development, testing, evaluation, and robust deployment across the organization.
Join an active community of ML practitioners, applying NLP, generative AI, and human feedback to improve models (DPO, KTO, reinforcement tuning).
Location: remote within North America with collaboration aligned to Eastern Time.
