Construction Estimator / Project Manager:
Estimate and manage construction projects from tender review to closeout, blending technical estimating with hands-on project management.
5+ years of experience in commercial or residential construction estimating and/or project management.
Strong understanding of building construction methods, sequencing, and productivity.
