The role
Line 1: On-site Construction Estimator responsible for detailed quantity take-offs, project budgeting, and cost analysis in the New York City Metropolitan Area.
Line 2: Prepare accurate pricing and identify cost-saving opportunities to support successful project execution.
Line 3: Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to define requirements and communicate estimates.
Line 4: Utilize estimating software to develop quantities, bids, and schedules.
Line 5: Apply analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Line 6: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred; experience with housing development and HBD projects is favored.
