The role
Prepare thorough site work and utility heavy civil estimates, including takeoffs and backup documentation using estimating software.
Review all bid RFQ/RFP documents to understand project scope and requirements.
Research construction documents, analyze specifications, and perform detailed quantity takeoffs.
Solicit and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for quotes; evaluate bids and finalize estimates.
Enter quotations, develop budgets and schedules, and ensure submission before bid deadlines.
Visit project sites as needed and work independently or with teammates to support multiple pursuits; remote work allowed.
