The role
Provide dedicated job coaching to adults with developmental disabilities as they enter the workforce.
Deliver quality task oversight and steady on-site support to promote successful performance.
Encourage independence through ongoing supervision and coaching on the job.
Foster positive communication and build relationships between the individual and their employer and co-workers.
Maintain clear documentation of progress and tasks to inform planning and outcomes.
Requires experience with individuals with special needs; valid driver's license preferred; both full-time and part-time opportunities available.
