Manage a high-volume, full-cycle campus recruiting process for software engineering interns in New York.
Source, engage, and assess candidates from outreach through offers.
Develop data-driven strategies to diversify and grow the candidate pool, anticipating market needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align recruiting with onboarding and broader talent initiatives.
