The role
As a Senior ML Engineer, you will lead end-to-end deployment of Generative AI and ML methods at scale.
Collaborate with Applied Scientists and cross-functional teams to transform research into robust, production-grade systems.
Design scalable data analysis, model development, validation, and serving processes.
Explore and implement optimization and deployment strategies for training and inference lifecycles.
Mentor junior engineers, contribute to code reviews, and drive best practices.
Present outcomes to senior leadership, translating technical details into business impact.
