The role
Lead end-to-end data engineering efforts to ingest and transform unstructured data (video, audio, multimodal) into actionable insights for autonomous AI agents.
Design scalable pipelines and memory-driven AI agent architectures with planning, tool use, and execution loops.
Own ingestion-to-production lifecycle, architecting systems that turn raw data into autonomous decisions and business impact.
Implement embeddings and multimodal models within LLM-powered workflows, ensuring performance and reliability at scale.
Collaborate in a fast-paced, ambiguity-rich environment, delivering real-world impact and meaningful equity ownership.
Must be a full-stack AI generalist who can define standards, ship rapidly, and drive the future of agentic AI.
