The role
The Development Operations Manager plays a crucial role in supporting research and development functions within a biotech environment, ensuring that documentation, systems, and processes are compliant and well organised. This role involves managing contract lifecycles, developing digital workspaces, and maintaining operational dashboards to enhance programme visibility and audit readiness. The successful candidate will coordinate interactions with external vendors such as CROs and CDMOs and support the preparation of regulatory documentation and governance meetings. Supervision of a Project Administrator and maintenance of document control workflows are key responsibilities. Candidates should possess a life sciences degree, experience with R&D documentation, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, with strong organisational and communication skills.
