The role
The Investment Banking Analyst supports senior team members in delivering strategic advice for mergers, acquisitions and capital raising projects. They conduct financial research, prepare valuation and deal documents, and build complex financial models. The role involves analysing industry trends, evaluating client financial performance and assessing risk while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Candidates should have prior advisory or investment banking experience, a finance or related degree, and strong communication skills. The position demands the ability to work efficiently under pressure within a dynamic environment and uphold high ethical standards. It is subject to FCA and PRA certification requirements as a Certified Role.
