The role
Own and run the sales function end-to-end, from lead qualification to closing retainers. Design, implement, and continuously improve a reliable sales system that delivers consistent results. Maintain a healthy, forecastable pipeline and make commercial decisions independently with integrity. Close value-based retainers, apply pricing frameworks, and ensure honest, realistic commitments. Balance revenue growth with delivery capacity and long-term retention; support recruitment as needed. Collaborate with delivery and marketing teams to align sales with client delivery and business growth.
