Business Support Administrator - Construction
Coordinate and schedule all subcontractor PPM visits across the client portfolio, issue RAMS, and ensure timely delivery of service reports. Support the quotation process for extra works by liaising with Contract Managers and suppliers, raise purchase orders, and track progress. Serve as the first point of contact for the client for administrative queries and provide timely updates on scheduled works, ETAs, and completion reports. Manage compliance documentation by uploading RAMS and service reports to the client compliance system and support internal audits. Collaborate with Contract Managers and the Facilities Manager to meet operational targets and provide administrative support to the wider team. Continuously seek process improvements to enhance service delivery, with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
