The role
Lead a large, fast-paced sales operation with 30+ agents, driving performance and revenue targets.
Set clear expectations, allocate leads strategically, and coach teams to consistently exceed KPIs.
Manage multiple teams, optimise lead allocation and dialer campaigns to maximise conversion.
Shape and execute data-driven sales strategies to drive growth, productivity, and customer success.
