The role
Lead end-to-end management of large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, with aligned resource allocation.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to meet objectives and quality standards.
Establish governance, risk management, and change control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor finances, safety, health, and environmental compliance, and pursue new business opportunities.
Mentor junior project managers and drive continuous improvement and sustainable construction practices.
