The role
Oversee capital works and major projects across public estates, delivering safe, decarbonised facilities and measurable public value.
Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate strategy into tangible project outcomes.
Manage complex contracts, budgets, and supplier relationships to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Ensure risk, compliance, and statutory requirements are embedded in all programmes within mission-critical environments.
Drive decarbonisation and efficiency, aligning with net-zero ambitions and service readiness.
