The role
Lead the design, development, and deployment of production AI/ML models for identity verification and fraud detection.
Develop feature engineering, model evaluation, thresholding, and lifecycle management in high-stakes environments.
Advance verification technologies including biometrics, NFC, and device integrations for robust identity checks.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations to translate insights into scalable, impact-driven solutions.
Automate human-in-the-loop labeling and intelligent sampling to improve rare-event detection and model robustness.
Measure impact through experiments and causal analyses, and communicate results with clear data storytelling to drive decisions.
