Software Engineer: Design and develop scalable, reliable platforms for customer support, leveraging AI and microservices architecture, with a focus on customer-facing platforms and GenAI models.

Responsibilities:
- Create scalable, maintainable platforms for customer support.
- Own customer-facing platforms and lead GenAI-based support experiences.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to drive consensus and implement changes.
- Identify and implement required changes across the engineering ecosystem.
- Communicate design, requirements, and architecture effectively.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Scalable system architecture design.
- Production-quality services, deployment, monitoring, and reliability.
- Microservice designs, gRPC or REST API development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical writing skills.
- Fluency in Golang, Scala, or Java.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with machine learning, GenAI, or LLM technologies.
- Familiarity with large-scale distributed systems and cloud platforms.
- Experience with dialog management systems and communication channel interfaces.
