The role
Provide strategic legal counsel to high-growth tech startups, focusing on employment law and commercial contracts.
Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS subscriptions, vendor agreements, and employee agreements to support growth.
Advise on California wage-and-hour compliance, leave policies, and other employment law considerations.
Translate business needs into practical, compliant contracts aligned with company goals.
Collaborate with founders and department heads to assess legal risk and prioritize urgent matters.
Stay current on evolving laws and industry trends to deliver timely, relevant guidance in a fast-paced environment.
