The role
Lead Java-based Full-Stack application development, designing and enhancing backend services with Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
Build and maintain frontend components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React or Angular).
Design RESTful APIs and integrate with databases to support scalable, production-ready systems.
Provide Android Mobile App support, including understanding codebases, minor code changes, building, packaging, and deployments.
Ensure operational stability through incident response, root cause analysis, and proactive service improvements.
Collaborate across cross-functional teams and maintain documentation to enable knowledge transfer and smooth operation.
