The role
Take end-to-end ownership of one or more applications, translating business needs into technical solutions.
Develop and implement scalable Java full-stack features using Java, Spring, and modern frontend frameworks.
Refactor existing systems into reusable components and establish coding and design best practices.
Lead and mentor teammates, deliver tech talks, and foster internal innovation with GenAI adoption.
Integrate GenAI capabilities using an agentic framework to enhance payment platforms and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot, test, and deploy new technologies in a hybrid on-prem/cloud environment.
