The role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Construction Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial, industrial, and healthcare electrical projects.
Responsibilities include reviewing specifications and drawings, attending pre-bid meetings, and performing complete take-offs.
Analyze electrical schematics, codes, and project documents to develop comprehensive budgets and cost breakdowns.
Lead estimating efforts, review trainee estimates, and submit competitive bids and proposals.
Maintain pricing data, improve estimating systems, and identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering.
Collaborate with preconstruction, operations, and construction teams to ensure successful project delivery and build relationships with general contractors and customers.
