The role
Lead direct and indirect labor management and influence line speed, cycle checks, and workstation assignments to optimize assembly throughput.
Conduct time and motion studies to identify efficiency gains and establish standard work.
Apply lean concepts to identify waste and implement process improvements across the line.
Manage change control and line balancing activities to maintain balanced workloads and smooth production.
Collaborate with the IE Manager and IE Supervisor to provide technical services that sustain lean manufacturing and adequate staffing.
Support operations with data-driven analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency.
