The role
Lead electrical installations for standby home generators and automatic transfer switches (ATS), ensuring reliable backup power.
Ensure NEC and all state/local regulations are met, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality workmanship.
Supervise electricians and apprentices on site, interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams to guide installations.
Troubleshoot installation and post-installation electrical issues, and maintain accurate job documentation.
Foster a safety-first culture, train teammates, and uphold high standards of workmanship and professionalism.
Preferred experience includes Generac or other standby generator systems, plus conduit bending, trenching, and service panel upgrades.
