The role
Lead the design and delivery of large-scale personalization and real-time decisioning systems, building high-performance, low-latency inference services.
Own end-to-end ML workflows—from feature engineering and training to deployment, monitoring, and continual improvement.
Collaborate with data scientists to productionize experiments and advance reliable A/B testing and experimentation pipelines.
Champion observability, responsible AI, drift detection, and governance across models and platforms.
Provide technical leadership, perform design reviews, raise engineering standards, and mentor ML engineers across teams.
Prototype and evaluate emerging ML technologies to improve developer efficiency, model quality, and platform scalability in a hybrid work model.
