The role
Senior IT Recruiter in the Talent Delivery Center East focused on filling contract and contract-to-hire IT roles across ERP, ERM, CRM, Cloud, Security, InfoSec, IT Audit/Risk, Vulnerability, UX/UI, Big Data, Java, .Net, and C++. Owns end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, qualifying, coordinating technical assessments, submitting, interview coordination/planning, negotiating, and closing candidates. Maintains ongoing relationships with IT professionals on contract assignments to ensure exceptional service and gathers market intelligence to support new business opportunities. Meets and exceeds weekly business development goals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Requires strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; 2+ years of IT recruiting experience; proficiency with LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems; bachelor’s degree preferred.
