The role
Senior Management Accountant within a UK Finance team supporting two scripted production labels in a hybrid model.
Lead monthly forecasting and annual budgeting, delivering robust plans with variance analysis and forward-looking insights to senior management.
Review and challenge monthly management accounts prepared by external partners, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with group policies.
Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital, and production-level funding to optimise liquidity across the labels.
Serve as a trusted finance partner to managing directors and producers, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Drive process improvements, governance, and system/operating model development in a fast-paced, creative environment.
