The role
Own the data-driven decision framework by defining core metrics and maintaining key reporting to evaluate success.
Deep-dive into product and user data to uncover actionable insights and quantify opportunities to improve product strategy and operations.
Develop and test hypotheses using rigorous causal inference methods, including controlled experiments and synthetic controls, to drive recommendations.
Build statistical models, optimization solutions, and simulations to automate decision-making and operational processes.
Communicate complex analyses clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and influence roadmaps.
Help scale analytics infrastructure and data practices to support rapid iteration as products grow.
