The role
Own and manage a portfolio of strategic research initiatives at the intersection of product usage and business outcomes.
Develop predictive models to forecast renewal, expansion, and net revenue retention based on usage patterns.
Apply causal inference methods to evaluate GTM plays and product investments.
Translate complex analyses into executive-ready narratives and actionable recommendations for Product, UX, and GTM leadership.
Collaborate with Analytics Engineering and product data science to access foundational datasets and instrument data.
Operate with an AI-first mindset to accelerate insight generation while maintaining rigor.
