The role
Lead and develop a team of data scientists, setting a high bar for analytical quality and career growth.
Shape product and business strategy by partnering with Product and cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities and influence long-term roadmaps.
Develop and scale measurement frameworks with AI-native metrics, monitoring systems, and rigorous evaluation of initiatives.
Support experimentation and decision-making through inferential analyses, A/B tests, segmentation, and funnel analysis, ensuring findings are actionable and aligned to strategic goals.
Balance strategic influence with hands-on problem-solving, reviewing analyses to ensure technical rigor and business relevance.
Communicate insights clearly to senior leadership, framing trade-offs and guiding executive decisions; champion AI-native methods and scalable technical solutions with Data Platform and ML Engineering partners.
