The role
On-site Mid-Level Mechanical Engineer responsible for overseeing large-scale data center construction projects in Phoenix, AZ and coordinating with trade partners.
Conduct daily site walks, identify deviations from contract documents, and facilitate rapid RFI resolution and submittal reviews.
Assist with commissioning activities (level 4-5), review scripts and reports, and support NETA testing.
Develop and review hydronic and airside calculations, diagrams, and sequences of operations for mechanical systems.
Collaborate with internal design teams, clients, and contractors to resolve issues and meet project milestones.
Demonstrate strong organization, effective communication, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.
