The role
This is a full-time, 12-month tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Data Science & Analytics.
Demonstrate expertise in data science, analytics, and big data computational ecosystems.
Operate effectively in data-intensive computing environments with strong Python and R for analytics and data interfacing.
Bring a strong background in applied machine learning, statistical modeling, and data mining.
Teach online and on-campus core data science courses and develop specialized emphasis areas aligned with population health and community-engaged research.
Contribute to training the next generation of public health leaders through research, service, and interdisciplinary teaching focused on health equity in urban and immigrant populations.
