The role
Role Overview: A high-impact technical role focused on the core engineering and optimization of the data environment, serving as the SME for data warehousing.
Responsibilities include designing scalable data warehouse solutions that underpin enterprise analytics and leading advanced SQL query optimization.
Build and automate data pipelines with Python to move and process large datasets efficiently.
Manage AWS infrastructure (Redshift, S3, Glue) to optimize storage, compute resources, and overall analytics performance.
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust data models and workflows, while ensuring data security and governance.
Ensure data performance aligns with end-user experience and SLAs through rigorous monitoring and tuning.
