The role
This role partners with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Data) to design and deploy agentic AI processes that automate tasks and orchestrate complex workflows.
You will evaluate AI frameworks, run proofs-of-concept, and select optimal solutions while writing production-grade code (Python, JavaScript) to productionize integrations.
Implement MCP servers and agent orchestration systems; integrate AI with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, data sources, and public APIs.
Define success metrics, monitor performance, and deliver reports tying AI initiatives to business outcomes such as time savings, conversions, and revenue impact.
Create reusable templates, documentation, and best practices to scale AI adoption across the organization; stay current with trends in agent frameworks and LLMs.
This hybrid role is based in Bellevue, WA, requiring in-office presence Tue-Thu.
