The role
As an AI Engineer – Agentic Automation, you will design, build, and scale agentic AI processes that automate tasks and augment human work across Sales and Marketing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workflows, identify inefficiencies, and define success metrics tied to business impact.
Evaluate emerging AI frameworks, run proofs-of-concept, and select solutions using the Model Context Protocol and RAG techniques.
Implement MCP servers and agent orchestration systems; write clean production-grade code in Python and JavaScript, and build API pipelines to CRM, analytics, and external data sources.
Define performance metrics, deliver impact reporting (time savings, conversion improvements, revenue impact), and create reusable templates to scale AI adoption.
This hybrid role is based in Boston, requires in-office presence three days per week (Tue-Thu). The base salary ranges from $90,900 to $119,280 plus bonus.
