The role
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Data teams to design, build, and deploy agentic AI processes that automate tasks and augment human work in sales and marketing.
Evaluate emerging AI frameworks, run proofs-of-concept, and select scalable solutions using the Model Context Protocol.
Implement MCP servers and agent orchestration systems; write clean, production-grade code in Python and JavaScript to integrate AI with CRM, analytics, and external data sources.
Define success metrics, monitor performance, and deliver impact reporting that ties AI initiatives to business outcomes like time savings and revenue impact.
Create documentation, best practices, and reusable templates to accelerate AI adoption across the organization.
Stay current with AI trends, agent frameworks, and market-leading tools to continuously enhance capability and ROI.
