The role
This entry-level position supports the design and analysis of bridges, highways, and traffic projects across the Mid-Atlantic region.
Responsibilities include assisting with structural analysis and design, hydrology and drainage, signing and pavement marking plans, MOT, and TMP development.
Contribute to the preparation of high-quality engineering documents, reports, specifications, and studies.
Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team, participate in NBIS bridge inspections, and gain experience with a range of design software.
Opportunities to develop technical skills in OpenRoads, MicroStation, STAAD, LEAP, AASHTOWare, and related tools; occasional travel for inspections is possible.
Strong emphasis on organization, planning, collaboration, and delivering sound engineering solutions to clients and agencies.
