The role
Support day-to-day HR operations for a UK retail team from Macclesfield.
Assist with end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, and onboarding of new hires.
Coordinate employee records, HR policies, and compliance with UK employment law.
Provide first-line employee relations support and issue resolution alongside the People & Culture Manager.
Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
Contribute to people-focused projects and data-driven improvements to people processes.
