The role
This role integrates data analytics with algorithmic solutions to optimize operational performance and support international expansion.
You will extract actionable insights from large datasets, design models, and build dashboards that inform decisions for newly launched regions.
Responsibilities include monitoring key KPIs, benchmarking best practices, and designing analyses to identify challenges and opportunities.
You will drive technology-enabled process improvements and scalable solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The role requires advanced SQL (BigQuery), Google Sheets/Excel, and the ability to communicate complex results in Turkish and English.
A growth mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and a passion for data-driven decision-making are essential.
