Chemical Engineer (Rotational Program)
Join a 3- to 5-year graduate rotational program designed to develop future chemical engineering leaders. Rotate through diverse roles such as Operations, Reliability, Capital Projects, Continuous Improvement, Process Controls, Business Management, and Supply Chain. Work under a mentor on real projects, gaining on-the-job experience and targeted leadership and technical training. Deliver innovative solutions, improve processes for cost savings, quality, and efficiency, and maintain a safety-forward mindset. Explore post-program opportunities as a Process Engineer, Production Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Reliability Engineer, Electrical/Instrumentation Engineer, or Project Engineer. Relocation to various U.S. locations is expected every 12-18 months; TWIC credentials may be required.
