The role
Lead the design and ongoing management of a global security content ecosystem optimized for AI usage.
Ensure messaging consistency across 50+ security assets and approximately 600 Q&A pairs through taxonomy and tagging governance.
Architect content flow so updates cascade seamlessly from white papers to training materials and customer-facing channels while reducing maintenance overhead.
Develop metrics to measure content effectiveness and business impact, and steer investments based on data insights.
Build SME enablement tools, templates, and quality standards that empower experts to create high-quality content quickly with clear escalation paths.
Collaborate with technical writers, instructional designers, knowledge managers, and editors to implement ecosystem-wide strategy and AI optimization.
