The role
Prepare accurate cost estimates and quantity takeoffs from drawings and specifications for diverse projects across commercial, retail, restaurant, healthcare, and corporate sectors.
Analyze project plans to determine labor, material, and equipment costs; develop and manage bid packages from concept through submission.
Solicit and review subcontractor and supplier bids; ensure competitive, well-structured proposals.
Collaborate with project managers, leadership, and vendors to drive value engineering opportunities and cost control.
Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors to secure favorable pricing and reliable bids.
Manage multiple bids and deadlines with strong analytical and organizational skills.
