The role
Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions within cross-functional teams.
Own projects from planning through execution, ensuring quality, timelines, and client value.
Mentor and coach team members, fostering growth, skills development, and performance.
Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, frontend/backend developers, and product teams to deliver impactful AI products.
Build scalable cloud-native microservices, implement end-to-end AI applications, and manage CI/CD pipelines.
Translate complex business problems into robust software solutions using Python, ML frameworks, and modern tooling.
