The role
Lead AI initiatives to dramatically improve internal productivity and streamline critical business workflows.
Partner with stakeholders, product managers, and teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
Design, build, and deploy AI applications focusing on NLP, semantic search, intelligent automation, and custom chatbot capabilities.
Integrate AI capabilities with core enterprise tools and manage APIs and data connectors for seamless operation.
Create and monitor dashboards to measure adoption, impact, and value, iterating based on clear metrics.
Operate in a hands-on, hybrid role from San Francisco, on-site 3 days per week, collaborating with Security and Compliance to ensure data privacy and model integrity.
