The role
Design and develop conversational AI agents that guide users through complex workflows such as change management, onboarding, and incident triage.
Build context-aware search capabilities using LLMs to deliver relevant results across IT, HR, and customer service domains.
Contribute to agentic systems that automate browser and voice-based tasks without external APIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance AI solutions with robust testing and production readiness.
Write clean, reusable code and enforce best practices in software engineering, including code reviews and unit testing, integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
Mentor colleagues, promote knowledge sharing, and translate product requirements into high-quality software customers can extend and customize.
