The role
The Compliance Officer ensures proactive quality, risk, and incident management to minimize exposure and liability across the organization.
Develops and enforces policies based on DDD and applicable regulations to safeguard clients, staff, and stakeholders.
Conducts scheduled and unscheduled inspections, audits, and reviews to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
Manages licensing, governance filings, and corporate records while maintaining comprehensive compliance documentation.
Delivers onboarding and ongoing training, tracks progress, and supports continuous staff development.
Provides after-hours on-call support and collaborates across teams while upholding safety and confidentiality standards.
