The role
Provide essential administrative support in a long-term care setting as a Unit Secretary.
Coordinate medical records, referrals, and interdepartmental communication to keep units running smoothly.
Manage staff schedules, resident requests, and basic receptionist duties.
Handle supplies, faxing, copying, and filing; support appointment scheduling for residents.
Part-time shifts from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. or 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with every-other-weekend rotation.
Requires strong customer service and basic computer/data-entry skills; healthcare experience and some medical terminology preferred.
