The role
Lead the design and implementation of foundation ML systems powering payments, risk, and consumer experiences.
Develop universal AI assistants and AI agents to answer questions and automate tasks across product areas.
Drive architectural decisions, ensure high code quality, and mentor ML engineers across teams to scale ML capabilities.
Collaborate with Risk, Payments, and Support teams to translate foundational investments into tangible product improvements.
Contribute to technical strategy and roadmap planning, representing ML engineering perspectives in company-wide decisions.
Inspire a culture of experimentation, rigorous evaluation, and impactful AI-driven product features.
