The role
As Corporate Legal Counsel, you will provide day-to-day legal guidance to executives on a broad range of matters including labor law, partnerships, international ventures, and corporate finance.
Lead the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, including game supplier contracts, payment service provider agreements, licenses, NDAs, and marketing agreements.
Provide expert advice on IP and licensing matters and oversee licensing applications as needed.
Act as a liaison with external legal counsel for jurisdiction-specific issues, including litigation, enforcement, and regulatory filings.
Contribute to training and the development of policies and procedures across the organization.
Support M&A activities in collaboration with management and cross-functional teams.
