The role
Join a UK-based Data Science team to develop and optimize data systems and processes. Focus on increasing data accessibility and streamlining data flow to support underwriting decisions. Collaborate with analysts and IT to tailor systems to local needs and ensure high-quality outputs. Take ownership from an early stage with mentorship to grow technical and analytical skills. Contribute to building UK capability in data systems development as part of a long-term strategy. Ideal candidates will have a STEM degree, strong SQL, cloud experience, and solid statistics knowledge.
