The role
A trainee financial planning compliance officer will support the maintenance of regulatory compliance standards and assist in advice suitability assessments within a financial planning environment. The role involves conducting file and call checks, assessing client vulnerability, and providing structured feedback to advisers. Candidates are expected to be working towards CII Level 4 qualification or have completed some exams, with at least one year of compliance-related experience. Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills are essential, along with confidence in delivering feedback. The position requires in-person presence in Manchester City Centre and offers an annual salary of up to £35,000.
